Honestly! Terrible experience with this letting agent, been living in Brighton for 3 years and never had a problem with bad service till I associated myself with this rude company. I went to let a flat with Venture and they happily took my money and supplied no service for me, when I rang them an agent called Keith Jackson told me shut my mouth twice for voicing my problems calmly and that he owns this company and can do what he wants. honestly rude and terrible service, avoid at all costs!!!! You have been warned!

THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD: 1. Keith Jackson the owner is actually called Andrew Lovell 2. I paid a deposit without any paperwork. He took my deposit and proceeded to take other peoples money for the same property also. 3. Said my money is non-refundable eventhough i didnt sign any legal documentation and he is taking multiple deposits for the same property 4. His PA Lalbai is actually his wife 5. His company dissolved previously because he owed over 3,000 to landlords and couldnt meet bills 6. Andrews Customer Service is absolutely horrific and he is a very nasty man. AVOID COMPLETELY - they are advertising on Rightmove so please look out for Venture Sales and Lettings. Do not get involved.
