Very Rude Staff. Poor Management. Bad Customer Service and Experience.
How does WH Smith stay on the high street it is so bloody expensive. The staff look so miserable. Used the post office. They are so very busy being the only post office in the area. They have one guy working behind the counter that was so rude and unhelpful. Such a shame.
We are really having trouble with post offices in Eastbourne, they are becoming few and far between. However since the main office in town moved inside Smith's it is a delight to use. Still the same lengthy queues of course but more efficient and modern. In a shop that is generally expensive it's a great way to get footfall for Smiths as the PO is at the back of the store. Only downside is no parking for a quick visit.
Useless post office! I print my Ebay item and came in store to send it. I ve been told that I cannot send it because the qr code cannot be scanned from the self check machines and they need to scan it from their PC that he does not have the password. They advise me to come back next Sunday....
