Used EAC 3 times already to get some items for my wedding to my parents house in NJ. They handled all my stuff with care since since items were delicate ornaments. They also helped me get all my wedding invites from India as well. They took care of everything and had it delivered to my door in less time and at a lower price than what the couriers in India were charging me. I just call them and get my quotes, quicker and easier than any other courier company. I will use them again and have referred many friends over to them as well.

Used their services to ship items twice. It was cheaper than using FedEx/UPS. The staff were also very helpfull, was surprised to have the packages delivered with 2-3 days, much faster than the estimate other companies. Very happy to have found a service that is affordable and reliable for sending items back home!

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I DID SEND PARCELS TO INDIA THROUGH THEM BUT AFTER A LASP OF FIVE YEARS THEY FRAUDULENTLY REMOVED 300.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT BY USING THE DATA THEY HAD DUE TO MY CHECK PAYMENTS. SO BE CAREFUL WHILE DEALING WITH THEM.

Very bad experience to work with them. No responsibility, No service and bad attitude from the employee especially when you talk to the accounts manager. We requested to pick up product from Canada to delivery to Washington Seattle. Instead it was picked up and delivered to there own office in New York. When you ask they have an attitude about race and back ground of customer to work with. Never again to work with this company. Seeking for legal option on this.
