As a returning client, I am very satisfied with how well I have been treated here at EP Physiotherapy. Always made to feel welcome as soon as I come through the door. They always do their best to juggle appointments for me, as my schedule is always changing.

Wonder clinic with great manners and always flexible with scheduling. Jeff is amazing and marvellous bed side manner. .. explains your injuries and gives u the tools to work to make them better! Jeff is second to none. Great job mickalya amd Jeff No complaints I definitely would recommend this clinic.
The Staff and Methods used at EP Physio, are well above par. The staff is friendly and helpful and they focus on the issues to get you to where you need to be. I have gone to many physio in the past and so far this location is one I will definitely keep a relationship with. My Physiotherapist is Jeff LeBlanc, he genuinely cares and works the areas causing the problem to give more mobility and lessen the pain/ache. I would recommend this location to everyone. The only reason I gave a 4 is because they only do the initial assessments during the day and I work days so I had to miss work to get them done. Other then that this place is highly rated.
The process of booking was easy and the front desk staff are well mannered and efficient. The physiotherapist Jeff is also very easy to talk to and good at explaining procedures, causes, and pathways to healing fully. No complaints to be had
Cons: Clinic space is small than other clinics. Pros: near me; friendly and professional staff; strictly implementing covid rules; enough parking spaces; accessible; near other business (coffee shop, drugstore, convenience store, gas stations); promptly replies to inquiries via phone, email.
I've been going to this physio clinic for a few months and the staff have been awesome! Jeff (PT) has a positive, professional manner that has helped me improve greatly. Without his expertise I feel I wouldn't be able to do my day to day and he has given me the tools I need to help me return to work. One of the reasons I chose this clinic was because it was a short distance from my home but now that I know the staff (Shawna, Jeff, Ryan and now Simone) I would travel out of my community to be their client. I highly recommend them if you need physiotherapy or massage.

Mike went out of his way to make certain my daughter understood what was going on, and why each exercise was needed. Putting her at ease, and speaking to her as an equal really made a difference in her recovery
