I'll be honest, if I'm ordering pizza from Eastern Passage, it's normally Pizza Time. But while at a friend's place one night, we ordered from Shannon Dough and now I find myself caught in a dilemma everytime we talk about ordering pizza. Shannon Dough has made me question my loyalty to Pizza Time with their delicious food.

Arrived there around 9:20, looking for a slice but they informed me they ni longer make them because of the low demand in slices due to COVID-19. He suggested a small pizza slice, and that he'd bring it to my car. He even allowed me to have an extra topping for the price of 2 toppings. In essence, he charged me less so that i could be satisfied....and believe you me, i was very satisfied. Bbq chicken pizza was delicious and made in less than 10 mins. Very impressed. I'll be back.

The pizzas are awesome. Great sauce, plenty of toppings and cooked perfect. We have been going there for years but recently have had a few unfavourable experiences with customer service and serving size with donairs. When I tried to talk to them about my concerns they completely dismissed my concerns and asked me what I wanted them to do. I wanted a salad instead of fries due to an allergy with fish as they cook their fries in the same fat as the fish They charged me for a wrap and fries but never gave me the fries (my husband could have ate them) and wouldn't let me get a salad instead as it was already wrapped up. Thanks for the opportunity to try some.other places! ;) Awesome pizza, just not happy with a few customer service experiences I have had.

The pizza is actually quite good but the rest of the menu feels kinda lacklustre - stuff you could have made at home if you weren't super drunk and lazy at midnight. The owner is a super nice dude.
