I bought a pool heater (Praxair)from them and when I got it home and opened the box I found that the top cover (plastic) was cracked. I had to exchange the unit but it was quick and painless. I was also very impressed with their inventory.

Great assistance and patience for a novice first year pool owner. Very helpful in explaining how to add chemicals etc. Could you find something on Amazon for 1 less probably, but I would gladly go here instead as I get the item I need instantly and I get solid correct information instead if reading about it online. Great store, very well priced and very helpful. Can't ask for much more; I highly recommend them !
