Eastern Shore Hyundai was a peaceful experience. I wasn’t pressured and they were very patient. Craig is the best salesman hands down. He walked two lots to help me find a car, and he suffered through multiple test drives just to make sure I left with the car of my dreams. I would only go back for Craig and if you’re looking for a great experience Craig is the salesman for you.

Very disappointed with the sales. Trying to upgrade a vehicle. I want honest fair prices. But just look at there website to the window sticker. NO EXTRA COST TO YOU!! In caps well that's a lie. 3500 extra.

Good review but not excellent.... because of mistakes in my paperwork when I purchased my car. First mistake : VIN number was wrong on the paperwork and my insurance company caught the mistake. The problem was corrected due to the fast and efficient action of my salesman, Travis, but should have never happened. I blame finance totally. That guy was too quick. Secondly, affidavit form with wrong dates on it that had to be corrected before car could be registered. I had to wait longer at the DMV than needed waiting on a correction through a fax. I blame the finance department for quickly rushing my paperwork. The guy was not attentive to details and couldn't wait to get me out of his office. I say SLOW DOWN.. two mistakes too many.
