They were doing the weekly mowing at my home. I found a large pile of lawn clippings dumped on the property and asked Julius to remove them and not do that. He did then he quit the same day. It is mid season on the cape and difficult to bring in another service and ridiculous to quit over being asked to remove something which should not have been dumped there. Very unprofessional. He also sent me a bill for 150 for reseeding 3 areas where he had taken down trees and done the stump grinding. When I came back to the property and the spots did not look reseeded at all I let him know, 150 for nothing seemed wrong. I had another contractor doing some work and he reseeded after Julius and those areas grew in so it didn't make sense that the spots Julius reseeded looked like saw dust. I left off the 150 when I paid the bill since the work was not done. He said he would do it in the fall. I have paid promptly all the other thousands of dollars in bills. I had done 15,000 worth of work with Julius over the past 6 months and hoped that I had found a service who could provide good consistent service. It's not what happened, and it's very disappointing.
Julius responded to our request quickly and his crew did an exceptional job clearing our yard and gardens of leaves and debris. Everything was cleaned up meticulously; far beyond our past DYI efforts. Well worth the price.
First time I've written a review, but felt compelled to do so based on great service. Julius came out same day and quoted a competitive price. Completed the job of clearing trees days earlier than expected and didn't ask for payment until I had seen the work and was satisfied. I'll be calling him on my next project for sure.
My husband and I were searching for the best Cape Cod landscaping service for our garden and we came across Cape Cod Yard and Tree Service. We loved their work and hired them on the first call! I'm happy to say that their landscape and tree service is excellent. I'm a happy customer :)!
