I spent Valentine’s Day weekend here during off-season. The inn was quaint and cozy. The hosts were amazing and even made covid safe cookies. The wood burning fire was relaxing during the snow and the breakfast was wonderful. The rates were very reasonable. I can not wait to return during the summer.

Large victorian style inn with outbuilding where we stayed which was rustic and very nice. Super convenient to beaches and bike trail. Excellent , friendly staff. We had a great weekend!

From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed. Melody gave us a tour as soon as we arrived and explained everything there was to offer. I felt that this property had a great charm to it. Very well kept. We stayed in the separate area from the main house where it is pet friendly. Everything was clean And they were very attentive to our needs.The breakfast options were delicious. A lot of homemade and fresh choices. There’s even Fresh baked cookies and tea at 3 o’clock. They have grills on site if you would like to cook. Many areas to sit and relax in and outside. A library of books, fire pit and even horseshoes. We were able to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Great location right off of 6. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend it to anybody, and would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We loved our stay at the Inn at the Oaks. Melody and Paul were excellent and welcoming hosts. The house is absolutely beautiful and well located—about 30 mins from Provincetown and right across the street from the national seashore. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I visited a friend that was staying in a room here.. We were treated poorly and condescendedly by the staff. They were ver rude, intentionally provoking, and even yelled at us for not wearing masks in our own room. I could see wearing after we left the room. I also saw that their breakfast was pretty bad as well

The building has a great charm to it, and has beautiful grounds and common rooms for guests to explore and relax in. Breakfast was excellent and filling as well. The only slight downside was that the bed was a bit too soft for my partner and I, but this could have simply been our room. I would still recommend this place!
