My sales representative Alan was awesome! Very professional, helpful and friendly and gave me very quick and fast service. I was in and out in no time. Alan and I FIST bumped each other as I said thanks for the great deal! Alan is a very cool and humble guy!! Also thanks to the nice gentleman at American Freight that helped me load it onto my the back of my truck. The man with the dolly! I give you mad props! Thanks again your team knocked it out of the park for us! The Maytag dryer we got from you is PHENOMENAL! Alan was right that we would be happier with this model over the more basic dryer. This higher end dryer works so good and clothes and even blankets come out better and faster than I could have ever expected. That’s a huge win! 10 stars if I could! I recently bought a washer and dryer from here and I'm extremely satisfied with my appliances and their customer service. Alan pointed out some flaws with a dryer I was looking at buying which helped me find a better (and less expensive!!!) dryer. His customer service is simply outstanding. Everyone else we encountered was also friendly. We had our appliances delivered the same week. The delivery was promptly in the time frame and I was happy with the communication from the delivery team. The delivery guys were super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend American Freight!

Made a purchase for a stainless steel oven 2/13/21 and my experience was greeted with great customer service, care and respect. Daniel was helpful and funny, he even went out of his way to help me with my defective straps and gave me new ones to strap down the oven. He was detailed and knowledgeable about the products in the store, and made sure I was taken care of before moving on with another task.

Nice friendly workers, they stayed pass closing time helping me find furniture I liked. Update. The furniture is so cheaply made. And I didn't go cheap.. i got a 2000 couch set.. Looks great but the quality is trash. I'm about 160 and the couch collapsed up under me after 6mos of having it.
