I find it very important to note that they have seafood boil here! Like The Sauce and Lee's in Cleveland Heights. I didn't try it today but I'm looking forward to it. I saw a couple of people order it while here, and it smelled so good and was super saucy. I had the Kintaro roll, miso soup, dumplings and tempura sweet potato. It was all so fresh and tasty. My mom had hibachi chicken and noodles, though they forgot the noodles and they didn't come until she was halfway done with the hibachi. Service was a little slow but they just opened a week ago. Will definitely be back!!

It's so great to finally see a place like this on the east side of Cleveland. The decor is good it feels very spacious inside and the food. In my opinion is even better then the ones on the w.side of town. Will definitely become a go to for me and again can't be more excited to have this finally on the East side of town!
I was absolutely shocked by the transformation of this place! The restaurant is beautiful, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the food was great! Everything came out fresh, fast and delicious! This is definitely on date night rotation.
We have been watching this place for months across the street with their build out anxious for their open date. Needless to say, the wait was worth it. They have completely changed the inside of this place from the last several years of ownership. Definitely not a disappointment going inside and the food was amazing.
I am absolutely beyond extatic to have a Kintaro Sushi and Hibachi in our neighborhood. All you can eat Sushi and Hibachi made to order... Thus the all you can eat experience does not suffer from the freshness issues that is typical for a buffet. In additon the sea food shack features pots of crab, clam, or Lobster. The food is amazing and quality is beyond reproach
Beautiful place but horrible experience. The person that was sitting folks at their table when you immediately walk in was also the same person waiting on our table. Imagine that! It took her over 30 minutes to give us silverware, plates and napkins. No water until almost an hour later as well as never received our sodas we ordered. I realize she was trying to take care folks at the front as well as take care our table. Poor lady! Our food came out cold by then i was very upset. I asked for some extra help and did not get it. I asked for a box to leave and they had the nerve to charge me ten extra dollars. I agree with the other review if you don't have enough workers. I would have gladly came on another day. I hope everyone else experience will be better.
Absolutely wonderful- I've been passing this place for months as they've been redoing and remodeling it, super excited to see what it'd become- and boy, was I surprised! The decor inside is absolutely beautiful, the tables and seating are very modern, simply breathtaking. The food is wonderful as well, and honestly, I'm REALLY happy to see more and more all-you-can-eat places that charge people who waste food. The sushi is beautiful and the way they have the all-you-can-eat set up is actually really cool- I can't wait to go back again!
We've been a fan of Kintaro since we started eating at the Brooklyn location a year and a half ago. To have Kintaro so close to home now is a blessing! The food and service are wonderful. The restaurant interior looks very different from the old buffet, and that's a good thing! Servers are very courteous and the sushi is top notch. Looking forward to coming here often!
