My second home, has really helped me through a lot of mental baggage. Only critique I'd have is, remove one or two needless machines and replace with a hack squat machine
Very good equipments and very good, professional staff. Highly recommended! You can park your car for two hours for free on one of the near streets by the Swan Center, like Grantham Street.
As someone who was petrified of going to a gym because of my size and being used to seeing the typical barbie dolls and men with egos bigger than their muscles I'm so glad I built up the courage to go inside. The manager is lovely, friendly and welcoming. The staff are great in general. You don't feel like everyone's staring at you and for some people looking at your reviews - they'll need to hear that. Once you've had a chat about your goals and someone's given you advice they'll show you how to use the equipment. Throughout your workout, whatever that may be you are met with encouragement and a happy face. I go in the mornings (9.30-10.30/11) and have never had to wait for a machine. Also Sundays during 1-3 I haven't either. Not been on a Saturday yet. Overall is small, friendly and welcoming no matter your size, or shape. You're advised and looked after. What more could you ask for?
Great gym, and a great size with plenty of equipment. The staff are great. I find it's busiest 7 til 9 in the morning and then again 5 til 7 in the evening. I always found weekends pretty quiet though
