My partner and i were so fortunate to meet Sally Rolls from your Eastleigh branch. She was professional, friendly and knew what we wanted in a rental property. Within a couple of days she found us a beautiful two bedroom property with a garden courtyard and after three weeks of moving in we couldn't be happier. As a postgraduate student in Southampton, the Agencies I have dealt with prior to Austin & Wyatt have been unprofessional and disrespectful. Austin and Wyatt was always professional, friendly, quick to respond to any queries and easy to contact. In combination with our landlord, any issues with the house were fixed rapidly. The check-out report was done thoroughly and fairly by an independent organisation. Overall, the best agency I've used to-date.

Incredible, I paid the rent on time every single month for 2.5 years and when i move out of the house they charge me 24 pounds for providing a reference. Additionally they also ripped me off when i "renewed" the contract. They said the landlord wanted to renew the contract and i was happy to do that. So I agreed to go ahead, paid the fee of the agency (125) to let them go ahead and process the contract. After 1 month i still didn't receive the contract back from the landlard and instead i receive an email from the letting agent saying that the landlord does not want the contract but wants to stay on a Statutory base agreement. Fair enough, i would agreed to do that first time around, so where is my money gone? why did you make me paying the fee when actually the landlord did not want any contract? And they tried the same trick the following year...stay away from them as much as you can!
