Yet again I walk into this place to find no one serving but plenty of staff talking about one thing or another. One lady was changing up a thousand quids worth of Penny's as far as I could make out, and another guy wanted to make enquiries about something or rather while customers who just wanted to get in and out were left standing like 1o'clock half struck. So I left feeling very upset. BUT GOOD NEWS I've opened up an account with a bank called Starling and I can tell you that these guys know a thing about customer satisfaction.

Had a super great experience yesterday when I opened a student account in this Barclays Bank. The staffs are so nice and helpful. I had an appointment with Beverley and she is so helpful and friendly. As an international student, I'm new to the UK. Beverley knew it and printed out some info for me on how to prevent scam and fraud which are really useful. I feel so sorry that I have exceeded my appointment time slot but Beverley was there to help and patiently answered all my questions. Great customer service indeed. Thank you.

I think its ridiculous how you are still only opening for 2-3 hours a day and not Saturday what about people that have worked all through this at mainly longer hours than usual dont we need to use the bank ?
