Always find it quite off-putting entering this little corner shop which is a shame. The person behind the till - whether that is the young teen with his headphones in and laptop out chatting away to someone or an older woman, again, with phone out on side chatting away, it just feels like customer service and theft is uncared about and just hardly noticed or acknowledged. As the shop owner I would be concerned about this.
