Have been a regular in the Eastleigh branch for a while now, having always preferred Nero over the other bigger brands. Their specialise Caramelatte has been a favourite for a good while, but their other drinks are all really lovely too. Milano hot chocolate as well as salted caramel frappe are a must try in my opinion.

Really love this one. Tasty coffee and snacks, super calm music and comfort sofas and chairs. Good service and clean Cafe. Highly recommending this one.

Great trip, very short queue, excellent drink and delicious cakes for me and the boy. Redeemed a free drink and then paid on the app with no drama and because we are in combined with eat out to help out it was virtually free!! This is my local Cafe Nero so we'll definitely be back :-)

Lots of tables inside and tables outside under cover are for 2 people. It was well populated. Downside was that there was only one server so had to stand in a queue of four for about 10 mins. Server very pleasant and efficient but did need some help. No cash transactions only card. You are asked to wear a mask until you are sat down with your drinks and eats.
Wonderful drinks and food. It's very well presented inside.
