A really brilliant service,from choosing my carpet to having it fitted. Excellent customer service from Kirk who worked it all out for me in the show room, made me laugh and was generally an absolute delight. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The same excellent service from George who fitted my carpet and did an amazing job. It looks fabulous. George was polite, respectful and professional. He had finished in 2 hours! Arrived on time too. I am delighted and would not hesitate to recommend Carpet Barn . I will definitely be using them again .

Excellent service. Having had a problem with the manufacturer of our carpet, the Manager did everything possible to sort things out for us. The staff are keen and willing to help, the phone is answered quickly, the fitters turn up when they say they will and the whole experience of shopping there is good. Highly recommended.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolutely wretched service. Was threatened in my own house by the carpet fitter, after turfing him out the manager sent some other fitters round far later. Did the job but also did some damage to paintwork and cupboard doors. Latest response from the \manager\ tells me that I could have managers discount on future orders but no refund to cover cost of making good the damage caused. I mispelt the manager's name in correspondance to which he responded putting a completely wrong name. Petty and annoying. Not a business I would recommend dealing with.

Amazing place tucked away at the back of Eastleigh. Popped in for a rug on the way to a bedshop in Southampton and ended up getting exactly what we wanted there. They knew exactly what they were talking about and had a massive selection. Very pleased
