Charters sold my partner's property but we were overall disappointed with the service. The advert looked good but this seems to be done by another company anyway. Viewings were few & far between & always conducted by someone different who did not know our house, in fact at every stage of the process we dealt with a new person & never saw the person who visited us after our initial meeting. We felt very little was done to assist with our property search as they sold houses in the areas we were looking to buy without notifying us of their availability. I suppose Charters did the job that they were hired to do but we felt the service was quite impersonal.
