My daughter had her ears pierced again in this shop the lady was very professional and made my daughter feel at ease.

Don’t go to Claire’s to get piercings...I went to go and get one second done and the lady doing it firstly didn’t clean my ear, then she took her earring out from her ear and then asked me to put it in my ear to show me the spacing...i tried to but didn’t put it in my firsts so I gave it back to her and then she shoved it into my ear and now it’s infected. Aswell, my piercing is so badly infected 4 weeks later, that the front of the earring gets pushed through my ear and I have to push it back through. I don’t personally recommend going to Claire’s Eastleigh because they are not big of hygine.
