Fantastic service from this Clarks branch in Eastleigh. Having been let down badly by the online Clarks order and delivery service, I booked an appointment here, and was relieved when the assistant there patiently and thoughtfully looked after my two boys for their school shoe fitting. Thank you!

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment for my 2 children for back to school shoes only to find virtually no stock at all. Salesperson tried to push shoes that were too small on the grounds that we could bring them back in a month's time under their guarantee. Very disappointing.
