Very grateful to all at this box to allow me to drop in and train over the festive holiday. Simple, fast to set up with a great location and friendly people. Coaches are very athletic, knowledgeable, encouraging and not intimidating. There was a mixture of all ages, body sizes and abilities. Don't worry if you are a recent beginner like me. You don't hinder the advanced athletes and if you are advanced the beginners will not slow you down as everyone does the same work out but the weights, quantities and movements are scaled to individual ability. Highly recommend the Team WOD sessions to get going and mix in. Make sure to wear a few layers when training in the winter months. Enjoy!
