Having lost my dear mum in awful circumstances in May, I approached the store in order to sell a few of mums many jewellery pieces. I had underestimated how emotional this would be and nearly changed my mind but was approached with a lovely greeting by Amber. She was so warm and understanding and made the whole process so much easier for me. I have seldom in recent years experienced such fantastic customer service and David Mellor will be my first port of call for any future jewellery purchases.

My wife and I have visited this shop on numerous occasions over the past few years. On each occasion the choice and price range of products has been excellent, the staff are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always go out of their way to help. Whether it be having jewellery altered or buying a watch etc, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Asked them to resize my wedding ring which was satin finished, when I received it back the ring was scuffed (I had to change the finish to polished) and had a big dent which looks to be from a vice. This was in April/May 2015

I recently bought an engagement ring from the store in Eastleigh and found the service and product quality to be 5 star. Having never had to search for an engagement ring before I went in feeling a bit anxious, but Amber was straight over to assist and make me feel a bit more relaxed! I ended up buying the perfect ring which my fiancée loves and some of the bumps along the way regarding sizing and getting the ring ready we’re all dealt with superbly! Nothing was too much trouble and I’m glad I chose to come here to get exactly what I was after .. and for the right price! (Well, the finance option definitely helped!) Basically, would highly recommend.

I was looking for a jeweler that would incorporate my Mum's wedding ring into my wedding band, David Mellor was the only one that I found in the area that were able and happy to do it. The service was exceptional from all of the staff here, especially Amber, who talked me through everything and made me feel at ease in passing over my Mum's ring which was very emotional. I am so Thankful and grateful to them, and would not hesitate in recommending them. Nothing was too much trouble and all at very reasonable prices. Thank you all, you have made my wedding day even more special by helping me to bring my parents in, although they can't be here the essence of their 54 years of marriage will forever be in our wedding rings xxx
