Staff can be rude. Every single time, without fail, I will go in knowing my prescription has been sent. I give plenty of time before going to ensure they have had ample time to fill the prescription, yet they say nothing has been prescribed for “x” amount of days/weeks, then i say something has been prescribed as a same day or more recent prescription. They then use the excuse of oh it has only just now come in, literally just now. So i then have to sit and wait while it is being filled. Again, recently, same scenario. I allow as much time as i can to ensure they have time to acknowledge the prescription and fill it, to be told theres no prescription sent. Then they ask what it is and then it magically appears just then, only then she tells me to come back tomorrow, when in fact i have shown up expecting to pick up my same-day prescription. I am absolutely fed up with having to go through this same scenario time and time again and choose not to return for future business. It is a shame because the pharmacist philip is lovely.

Excellent pharmacy pharmacist (phil) really knowledgeable and extremely helpful I’ve had other experiences with pharmacies around Chandlers Ford and would say this is the best pharmacy in the area

Spoke to pharmacist with an eye problem. He was brilliant. The drops and cream prescribed were excellent. Would recommend talking to the pharmacist before clogging doctors surgeries

I second all the reviews above about rudeness of the working staff, today I had an incident were I was treated rudely_ it is not the first time- I was mocked for asking about my online prescription, it is one particular lady working in pharmacy that every time I visit to collect my prescription she speaks to me with rude manner, I am hoping this issue would be picked by the manager, should consider customer satisfaction when hiring staff like that!!
