Truly the worst courier service, my package was sent from Italy on the 10 December express service. It was stuck in Heathrow for over a week and despite my efforts to get an explanation I was not even given one. It then got sent to Southampton where it stayed and eventually was delivered on the 28 December. It arrived re packaged and with 25% of it missing again no explanation. This was my Christmas present, which I obviously didn’t receive until well after Christmas despite it being sent in good time. They delivered it and within 10 min I had a message saying your package has been delivered , how did we do. Well if you really want to know you done very badly and I was let down. Do not use this company they are the worst.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. To start with they make you call on a premium number, Cause that's the sign of a company that cares about their customers?! Poor service and poor customer services, 120 for 24 hour service. 2 days later my package is still with me. 2 missed work shifts to be home for when they \don't\ turn up. In the current climate 2 shifts missed is alot of money Spoke to 7 people on the phone, 2 of which were mangers, who actually didn't seem bothered nor care. ID RATHER USE HERMES, AND WE ALL KNOW HOW POOR THEY ARE.

Having to open each package before sending is annoying. Pick up service is the best out there though
