Apparently I was out after waiting all day for a parcel , I get a nice picture of a car park that could be anywhere to say that's where they left the YELLOW CARD . Truth be it know the delivery driver is lazy bastard and could be assed to deliver it . The number given states the office are closed for the day 18:40 Decent Parcel delivery companies answer there phone until 8pm . Shocking service !!

Terrible delivery company. Tells you an hour slot for when they are due to arrive - great! - fails to turn up in hour slot, then texts you to say you were not in (I was!) and tells you that they left a card (they didn't). DPD used to be good, no longer.
I got my delivery today from DPD for the 2nd month running. I love the fact that they let me know when I'm going to get my parcel by text and email and that they are always are on time for me, I got all my items intact and the delivery lady (Samantha) who I've had a couple of deliveries from now is friendly and professional. I say it's 5 pounds something well spent and I will continue to use DPD for my monthly Exante deliveries.
BULLIED & MOCKED BY THE DELIVERY DRIVER - what an absolute sham of a company. Their delivery driver called MIZAMUR came to the office where I worked and because I was already dealing with another customer he became very agitated that I would not sign for the delivery. When I next spoke with him about his attitude, he was a complete bully and very mocking towards me. As he left the building he was shouting at me and was extremely rude and abusive. I contacted the company and they were not interested at all. For all women out there, please be aware of this aggressive driver, he is a complete bully. I only gave one star because I had to in order to post this warning, otherwise I would not have given any stars.
Tracking details are good but attempting to contact DPD to rearrange delivery is like pulling teeth. There' is no option to other than to call their 'robot' on the 0844... number who will simply tell you the approximate delivery. I want to reschedule but can't. So frustrating.
I really wish you guys would put more effort into what you're doing (:
Poor customer service. There is no means to speak with a human being to sort out problems, just the automated 'customer service' line. This is very frustrating.
This is the worst delivery company I've ever experienced. Everytime they are meant to delivery something they mess it up. Usually they fail to deliver on the day they say they will, especially if it's next day delivery, which I've paid extra for. Today they tried to deliver while i was in the house, but didn't bother knocking on the door. I wish companies would stop using dpd. If I know in advance they're going to use them I will cancel my order and buy from somewhere else. One star is too much for this company.
