Wondering when Google will allow me to give 0 Stars. I received a letter on the 26/08/2020 to rebook an appointment that was cancelled due to the pandemic. It's worth mentioning that I've had my symptoms for four months and even the private hospital hasn't been able to help (after spending 350 with them). I miss a call this morning from the Health Centre, so I call back after taking a work call. I'm told that someone will call me back. I wait two hours and no one calls, so I call back. This time I'm told I need to call a different number and that the lady I'm speaking to has no idea where it'll take me. Right... I call the number and find out that the department who are supposed to be checking my throat, after four months... Are actually closed and don't reopen until the 28/09/2020. Why was I asked to rebook if the department I require is closed? I call the Health Centre back to confirm and the same lady answers. She tries to give me the number that'll lead to Narnia again, so I remind her of our call from a few minutes earlier. She then blows up on the phone and tells me she can't help. I'm assuming the rude lady mentioned in many of the reviews here, is the same lady I was fortunate enough to talk to.

It's a bit hit and miss with waiting times, usually go in pretty quickly but sometimes have to wait. The staff are helpful and polite mostly , and the doctors are great too.

The receptionists are very rude and unhelpful its so hard to get an appointment, try to register at another doctors if you can
