Finding care for a relative is never easy, we have had to do this process once before! Having had a difficult experience, we were dreading having to go through this again! Elite Livein Care was recommended to us, and we are so thankful we found them! The lady who was our first point of contact, was extremely professional, helpful and reassuring. She asked the relevant questions on the phone and then came out to visit us to carry out Dad's assessment. After that, our contact with the manager was just as helpful and professional. Both team members showed us empathy and patience and really put our minds at ease! Dad absolutely loves his carer, and everything has just gone so smoothly. I will definitely recommend you to others!

Elite Live In Care is a wonderful, professional, Live In Care service thats based in Eastleigh Hampshire. Their senior managers are always willing to go that extra mile to ensure their clients and staff are taken care of. The care staff are very dedicated and also very caring. They have all built wonderful relationships with their clients and their families. Nothing is too much trouble ! Elite is a small company that is gradually building their portfolio but at the same time don't wish to grow to be a large corporate company as feel it is more important to concentrate on delivering a first class service of care to their clients. Elite is all about quality not quantity !!!
