We have recently sold a house in the Fair Oak area through Enfields and received a first class service throughout the process. The person who mainly dealt with transaction was Luan, who was professional and efficient at all times resulting in the smooth and rapid sale of our property despite current restrictions caused by the pandemic. We would definitely recommend Enfields to anyone considering buying or selling a house in the Eastleigh area.

Myself and my partner have had such a positive experience with Enfields Eastleigh from start to finish. Everyone we have communicated with has been great but in particular Luan who dealt with our sale. She is efficient and helpful and was key in helping us to exchange on our house before our baby was born (with a very tight turn around) following a previous house falling through with another agent. We received at least twice weekly updates and chasing was done promptly. From offer accepted to exchange was just 9 weeks which in the midst of a pandemic was a fantastic outcome for a pair of panicked first time buyers expecting a baby imminently. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We have just purchased a property through Enfields, Grace showed us round the property initially, she was fabulous with the price negotiation and then Ollie and Luan looked after us. They are a great team and we have found the whole experience very positive and now after only a few weeks we are packing for our new home! Highly recommend!

I can see that when negative reviews come up for Enfields that a point-by-point response pops up quite quickly to discredit the reviewer, so I’m not going to labour this. I understand that there were mitigating circumstances in my purchase and in the world at the beginning of this year and that the delays were not the fault of Enfields. I have taken this into account. I’ll simply say that if I were buying or selling another house I would avoid Enfields. Service did improve as we moved closer to the moving date and the purchase was successful. In response to the below: This is the condescending response that I predicted in the first line of my review. It is inkeeping with the tone, attitude and customer service I feel I received, and the unwillingness to engage faithfully with feedback. I noted that the delay was not the reason for my review.
