Firstcall have always been my first port of call over the many years. They installed our combi a few moons ago and service it yearly. plus they were on hand when i put a screw through a water pipe too. Can't fault them to be honest. Keep up the good work guys & girls.

Even in these difficult times a call request late in the evening brought a prompt reply early next morning and a booking for the following day, with the request to call again if things got worse before that appointment. I did need to call again by lunchtime and within a few hours they had secured an engineer to come over the same afternoon. A very cheerful, polite, safety conscious James arrived and immediately got down to sorting out the leaking boiler. A clean tidy efficient job . We were extremely relieved and very grateful , and delighted to receive such friendly and professional contact as always from Sue on the phones initially and James at the house. Absolute heroes!
