We have been regular click and collect customers as we can’t eat in at the moment. Never any issues getting our food, it’s all packaged really well and still hot when I get home. Staff are friendly and welcoming. So easy to order and collect at Eastleigh. See you again in a couple of weeks!!

On this occasion, staff were happy and were serving quickly. The food was cooked well so we had no complaints about that. Not going to name and shame but staff need to ensure they are putting some kind of strong deodorant on as one nearly put us off our food when they rushed past us. We know you are constantly busy and running around but that is not something we need to smell when having a nice meal out (sorry!)
It has been a long time since we have been to a F&B, in short we were pleasantly suprised. The decor has not changed and looks dated, but they have improved on the food. The portions were generous and tasted good, the kids meals (larger sizes) were spot on. I had a 15" pizza which I ended up taking half of home as it was so filling. Special thanks to John our waiter who was working his socks off and still managed to be attentive and give a personal service.
Delicious as always. Was not very busy and followed Coronavirus procedures to the letter. Amazing customer service and food was served within 15 minutes of ordering. Food is not too ‘pricey’ here so always good for family meals or functions. Possibly one of my favourite places to eat.
This is my first experience of visiting F&B's. The very first thing I have noted in this restaurant is the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and warm / friendly welcome by one of the member of their staff. The staff is exceptionally kind and very friendly. Once we ordered our food the average waiting time is about 10-15 minutes, which is acceptable. The pizza is tasty but the meatballs spaghetti is not that flavoursome. The portion sizes were not adequate. However, restaurant is very cozy and unique. Thank you.
We managed to book a slot, even during eat out to help out! We arrived slightly early but it was no problem, the one-way system was simple and easy to follow, alternating booths complied with covid policies without any problems. The food was excellent delivered correctly with no fuss, drinks as well and all at a very acceptable price with the eat out to help out discount, which was applied with no trouble. Overall a very pleasant experience.
As a family we usually enjoy an Frankie and Bennys - they're dependable, the menu is pretty varied and the price is decent. Having been visiting this one over a few years its almost depressing how they find new ways to balls up a visit. Wait for service, or wait for food, items missing or forgotten, bill wrong on multiple attempts. I feel bad knocking a venue right now but even a collection last week made trying to support them feel like hard work and a mistake.
Food was absolutely lovely. Staff were friendly. Definitely be back again :)
