Gemma has been helping me loose and maintain my weight for the last 3 years. She is the most caring and thoughtful consultant who has a sixth sense of when you are struggling? Her social media presence is inspiring and a constant reminder to try new tips and recipes. I am very lucky as her office is 3 miles from my house so in normal times I can see her every week for a weigh in and chat. However, I can totally see why so many people have chosen to use her remotely now that is available. I would completely recommend her to anyone wishing to follow the 1:1 Diet

Gemma is always a joy to see - smiling, positive and encouraging. Even when things haven't gone to plan she is non-judgmental, understanding and kind and will find a way to get you back on track and motivated again. You couldn't ask for more in a consultant. The diet is really easy to follow with clear guidance at every stage. As long as you remain disciplined and follow the plan, the weight will just drop off. I really wish I had found Gemma and the 1:1 diet years ago!

Gemma lives and breathes the one to one diet and so can help you get to your goal weight , she can even tell you how long it could take you! I don’t fear maintaining the weight loss because I know she will help keep the weight off in the same way she helped it go in the first place. If you need her for a silly question or some motivation she’s at the end of the phone day or night. If you’re thinking of starting, do it! You won’t regret it!!
