Pre ordered some Audi Rs4 front pads. Upon collection I questioned whether they would fit my car as the box stated A6/A7 but nothing for the Rs4. After checking at the counter I was told they would indeed NOT be suitable. No apology for my wasted 1hr round trip drive, no acknowledgement or drive to get the website and system updated. I was told if u wanted them today I should drive a further 1.5hours each way to Poole to collect the right set. Whole time I was there I got a \it is what it is\ attitude. Very surprising low customer service in comparison to the other Southampton branch which is exceptional.

I reserved part on line , the site said the closing time was 4:00 , I had to wait a hour before I could collect, I arrived at 3:05 only to be told they were shut !!! I said the site said to pick up after 3:00 and it said 4:00 closing on the door. The lack of assistant said he couldn't and wouldn't restart the computer and the closing times have changed. SO IF YOU NEED A PART URGERY, DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISED OPENING TIMES. I WILL TRY OTHER SUPPLIERS IN THE FUTURE. A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE .
