Our main areas of focus are: Prevention - Against incidents occurring in the first place by working with the community Protection – Assisting partners and businesses to reduce the chances of an incident harming people where they live, work and play Response – Dispatch emergency response to lessen the impact of the event on people or places and attempt to restore normality as soon as possible. We also employ 300 non-operational professionals working behind the scenes to deliver support services in many other capacities including: IT, communications, procurement and finance.
