Worst experience, staff where extreme unprofessional talking to each other across us. Also talking about other members of staff at other branches who were having to go to A&E. Would never book through then again and I haven’t even been away yet.

It's been a year since I used this company and I am still angry. So I booked a weeks holiday to Lanzarote for August 2016 then a month before we are due to go I get a call telling me the holiday is cancelled as the company they had booked with had gone bust, so they booked us into another hotel in Lanzarote for the same week (brilliant). Then on the day we are due to fly out I get a call telling me (you guessed it) the holiday had been cancelled again, by now I am getting really frustrated. So with only hours to go they say they have found us another hotel(great). Upon getting to Lanzarote airport the taxi I had booked and paid for with Hays was non existent but I finally convinced a rep to get us to the hotel, then disaster strikes again the hotel had no booking for us so after 2 hours of ringing around they put us into a temporary room telling us not to unpack and to come to reception in the morning. During the week we stayed we had to change room 3 yes 3 times. What did I get as compensation for this disaster you ask? A grand sum of 100 pounds yes that's right one hundred pounds. I would never recommended this company to anyone.
