IN MARCH 2017 I BOUGHT A NEW DACIA SANDERO 1.5 DCI GX17 ZDJ ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE 9 ITEMS IN FACT MY LOCAL MAIN DEALER FIXED THEM FOR ME MARTINS OF BASINGSTOKE AS HENDY EASTBORNE IS TO FAR AWAY TEH MAIN THING IS IT TOOK ABOUT 18 MONTHS MOANING THAT THE RADIO WASA NO GOOD AT THAT POINT MARTINS AGREED SWAPPED IT FOR A NEW ONE ON WARRANTY THAT DIDNT WORK SO FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS I VE HAD NO BLUE TOOTH/RADIO CLOCK MANY CALLS TO DACIA CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS HAS GOT NO WHERE DO I AM HOPEING THAT AS I BOUGHT IT FROM YOU AND I HAVE MADE MANY CALLS TO YOUR EASTBOURNE BRANCH TO BE TOLD SOMEBODY WILL RING YOU BACK TODAY WICH THEY NEVER DO IM NOT SAYING ITS HENDYS FAULT BUT I DO THINK THEY SHOULD LOOK INTO THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM ANY HELP YOU CAN DO TO GET ME A RADIO THAT I HAVE PAID FOR WOULD HELP TO RESTORE SOME FAITH BACK INTO HENDYS THANK YOU HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU WITH ANY LUCK SOME GOOD NEWS MARY RANK

Had a service on my 17 plate ford transit custom. None of the fluids were topped up, I keep getting error messages saying oil needs changing after the service, brake pads for metal-on-metal but we never mentioned, I found a rust spot on the roof which was never mentioned, the vehicle was not cleaned in or out, and they are the most expensive service out of all my new vehicles.

Salesman justin is the guy to ask for if you want to buy a small tipper or van . He was helpfull like he ment it which is hard to find now days and put him self out for me. Thank you. The sevice deparment could be a little more price friendly on basic jobs but i would alwasy buy a truck again from this man!.

Shocking service went to pick up an Elliot struck found a defect before it even left the yard then they got very unhelpful staff didn't really want to fix the problem

Terrible service bought a Ford kuga from them and when I picked it up the door sill was scratched.I asked them to fit a tow bar and electrics and they fitted the wrong electrics on it so I could not go away I would never buy a car off them terrible service
