I been a custumer for over 20 years. But now I am not happy that Eastleigh staff do not want to wear a mask!! with the danger of covid..... But they spect custumers to wear one, I am a very careful person, the staff must do the same as it's not right. (Why we should do it and not them??)

Normally I get good service from this store, but when I went the store the other day, I thought the assistant was very condescending.( I hope that is the right word) when I went to pay I gave her the code for my discount. :what’s this: she said making me feel like an idiot. When she eventually found the discount and asked for,5 . 29, I said I’ll give you the odd 29pence.As I tried to get the change from my purse. :what are you doing : the assistant said. I may be old but I am not stupid. I could see other customers looking uncomfortable. If this assistant is on duty next time I visit I won’t go in.
