Abysmal non service, I sat for one hour waiting for a staff member to phone his head quarters,had to go then as parking expiring, promised a phone call didn't happen, 3 trips to the bank, still no progress, Given a phone number \this will sort out your problems sir\ ha, soon as I connected, Iwas cut off. Dismal
The bank is closed no letters nothing! Went down to transfer money and can’t. How am I supposed to do this with our internet banking. Tried phoning a number on the door. Hung up after 10 minutes...........
Terrible experience from Alison at Eastleigh. She does not show respect for HSBC customers. She needs to brush up her customer service skills
