This car company in Cardiff has zero after sales customer care. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. We have been fed lie after lie after lie. We have been trying since January to have the 2nd car key sent to us after we purchased a car from them. Not only did they fail to return telephone calls, but the lies they've fed us is disgusting. Including the final one. "We will hand-deliver the key to you on Monday evening" what complete and utter rubbish. Disgraceful you have no customer service skills what so ever. Please really think about buying a car from a more reputable dealer.
