I would highly recommend Jane as a personal trainer, group and Pilates trainer. She is clearly very passionate about her work and has extensive and wide ranging knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Jane is very motivating but in a responsible and considerate manner, she will personally focus on any weak areas with the view of building strength, even in larger group session. She can push for extra effort in a session without using 'bootcamp' techniques. I have been a client of Jane's both in HIT training group sessions and Pilates for several years. Like many other members of Jane's group I have experienced the buzz after every session, both mentally and physically. Many thanks Jane. .

Following a spinal fusion for a degenerative back at L5/S1 in 2009 I was recommended by my consultant to go to Therapeutics Southampton for my rehabilitation. I was introduced to Jane for PT who has taken a huge amount of time and patience weekly to enable me to improve core strength which has included PT, weights, Pilates and HIT. She is an excellent trainer, motivator with a great sense of humour who constantly challenges me and will adapt a session if I'm struggling. She has given me confidence, been a real support and taught me that exercise is key in maintaining my back and posture. I first came across Jane 3 years ago as a clinical personal trainer. She is fantastic at getting to know your specific sport and tailoring a programme to your needs including dynamic stretches and strength conditioning. She spots the smallest of imbalances between left and right of your body and refines technique to realign, strengthen and prevent future problems. Got a great energy and a real inspiration. Highly recommend her as a 1-2-1 personal trainer for the athlete who wants to improve technique to strengthen, increase aerobic capacity, become more flexible and prevent injury.

Jane is the best ambitious personal trainer, Pilates teacher and warm kind lady that I have met. I first met Jane a good few years back for a one -one Pilates sessions to sort out a painful muscle imbalance, she made any moves adaptable and personalised. She would make me believe in my self to be adventurous and willing to undertake new and daring moves that would only improve my overall strength , Jane would make sure I was ok and improving at all times. After feeling confident and ready , I’ve moved in to the class sessions. I’ve also had a few one to one weight training which I really enjoyed, Jane even went to the extra mile again and showed me the gym equipment! She also gives out free advice on nutrition and asking any questions is never a bother. Thanks so much Jane I look forward to your class every week.
