We discussed the legal docs required on Friday and by Monday Lisa had uploaded them to the auction's website. Lisa was so quick to respond to my queries and getting the legal docs available so early on undoubtedly helped with a buyer making me a pre-auction offer which I accepted! Excellent job thank you to both of you.
