Hi. My landlord ordered KP in to fix the extractor fan in my shower. Which had stopped working due to age and, no doubt, over use. I raised the concern with my landlord who got KP in within a mater of days and on a specific day at a specific time, which KP kept to exceptionally well, which was good because I hate waiting around for tradesman. KP came in and changed the extractor fan there and then. I found the time between raising the concern with my landlord and KP's finished repair extremely efficient and was very happy to have my shower room repaired to full working order so quickly. I found the service very good. The worker arrived on time. Was very professional and polite. Got the job done neatly and offered to clean up after himself. The new extractor fan works amazingly well and looks really good; definitely an improvement on the old one. The overall finish is really nice and neat. I'm not sure how much my landlord paid for the work but I can happily say that regarding professionalism, safety, cleanliness and finish; I was overall very impressed with the job and results which KP achieved very swiftly.
