Prior to using leaders I was a landlord who had rented without a management company. Big mistake!! Leaders could NOT have been more helpful. I contacted a few providers looking for the best quality service at the best price and leaders trumped every time, they might not be the 'very' cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for and when it comes to protecting your property your prepared to pay a tiny bit more for a premium service. They are always responsive to correspondence, professional and flexible. I really felt my wishes as a landlord were taken on board and implemented. Their screening service is second to none and I cannot recommend them enough. I feel completely comfortable leaving my property in their capable hands because they have been so clear from the start, fostering a relationship of trust.
I have taken up the kind offer of Leaders Eastleigh offering to do school printing during lockdown. The team have been amazing and very responsive in responding to emails and printing the required work. A friendly and efficient service, nothing has been a problem. A great quality service has been provided, would highly reccomend.
