I would score this branch 3 stars but I kind of get peeved off by it sometimes. For example, something I ordered was returned without my say-so or knowledge whilst the store had been closed due to covid(!) I wasn't even sent an email to say that the item was in-store or apologised to when I called the number on the door up when I went to collect. The website had stated that the store was closed and I'd even seen the lights off and doors barred before I got the cancellation email. Went online to reorder and it wasn't even available(!) Overall, since this whole covid situations started, it's been hard to know what kind of reception you'll get from workers here, with one worker making their fear and reluctance to go near and interact with you incredibly obvious, even whilst on a screened counter and wearing a face mask.

From shockingly poor parking facilities, to super slow checkouts, this place is just awful. Don't get me wrong, their stock is fine, but the whole shopping experience is ruined by the abysmally, time consuming, queues at point of payment. Upon arrival I counted 9 people in the queue...OK, not great...3 tills open out of a possible 5. 8 minutes later, having failed to find the shoes I wanted; I headed back to my car. In those intervening minutes, the queues had increased to over 20 people!!! And still only 3 tills were being utilised. 1st visit in 18 years...probably my last.
Took a skirt back that I bought in Southampton to Eastleigh to exchange and to buy a coat that they did not have in my size in Southampton branch and a dress that i liked. Massive queue with only two cash desks open and after waiting for quite a while I decided to leave without exchanging or buying the extra items. This is not the first time I have left without purchasing. My husband was with me and had jogging bottoms and pyjama bottoms which were also left. Not great customer service!
