Matt from MDT, designed my 2 bed bungalow into a modest 4 bed with 3 bathrooms. After the council refused planning via my first Architect, I passed this project on to MDT and they were able to have the planning approved, along with an increase on the size property, which was fantastic. I have been working with MDT ever since with my own building company. From a builders prospective working with his drawings is first class and makes every project run smooth, clear and precise. I would absolutely recommend MDT design! the service they offer is direct and efficient. The plans they produce are easy to navigate, clear and detailed all of which make the whole process of construction easy for everyone involved.
Well what can I say Matt has been amazing throughout this whole process which has unfortunately been prolonged due to covid! However Matt has done everything in his power for our plans to be approved within time scales. Two weeks early in fact! Matt and his team provide excellent customer service and respond to all questions and queries in a timely fashion. Due to finances and me changing my mind more than once Matt has attended our property on several occasions and changed the design to suit are needs. Matt has taken all our ideas into account and planned the perfect design for our first family home! Matt has taken over all communications with building control, planning and our engineer which has been really helpful!! I would recommend MDT designs to all my family and friends and would go back to Matt should we ever wish to put ourselves through such a challenge again! Building work starts Monday!!!!
