Customer service was awful, wasn't even a paying customer but my mum was. The man at the desk kept refusing to acknowledge her complaints and looked over to me as if I was supposed to help him convince her she was wrong?!? All she wanted was a refund for the screen protector she had gotten a day or so before, as it was put onto the phone incorrectly, thus popping off of the phone and breaking. He even told her that "it's Christmas and I don't want to deal with this". Like who in their right mind, whose representing a company say this to a paying customer?? My advice, don't go here it's awful and if you have an actual complaint they won't listen to you (not to make assumptions but due to the experience I had today, they won't listen to you if you're not a man).
