Quality products and and excellent range which should satisfy most customers. Customer service is very good, the staff in the food hall and cafe are always very helpful. The cafe is a welcome place to have refreshments. Good size carpark available, which is free for the first hour. Ticket ( free) must be obtained from ticket machine and displayed on the dashboard

I enjoyed my visit to this M&S Foodhall very much, it is much bigger than the M&S Foodhall in the city centre. I could not find some M&S own brand items in the city centre so I visited this one instead and found everything I needed.

Good shopping experience, clean , staff happy to help, they always have a member of staff outside , to help you with trolleys , plenty of hand gel to keep us all safe. Food is good quality. Hope it will remain in Eastleigh

Staff helpful and food choice very good. Access to one area was restricted as staff were labelling food. I didn't feel comfortable getting close so despite waiting a while and going around the shop for a few minutes, I missed this fridge section out. Can the re-labelling be done away from the shelving in another empty refrigerated area? Thank you.

A lot of this \fancy\ stuff is really not that great. I always feel like I got mugged of by a creative writer here. Slogan should be M&S, not as good as the packaging makes you think. Staff are always really nice though, 5 stars for that.
