Went to buy a new phone but due to covid there not allowed to touch phone so uv got to set ur own phone up, which may be OK for some but not me, so no purchase!

The assistant who served us was brilliant. In these Covid times and the distancing rules. He was still very considerate and helpful. We ended up buying two phones, one for my wife and myself. Thank you Ryan. Not sure about the feed back questionnaire the day after from O2. All single texts with the possibility of being chargeable for each reply and there were 7 of them. I didnt complete them. Thats why only 4 star rating.

Very lovely helpful staff, unfortunately didn't have my chosen handset color in stock. It would be good if for the "latest top range" (Galaxy S10) they would have a few of every color around.
