We have used Ocean World many times to book cruises, and always found staff to be professional, helpful and friendly..... nothing is too much trouble. Recently we had to cancel a cruise for personal reasons. Michelle liaised with the cruise company on our behalf over several days, until she finally achieved a fair deal for us. She communicated with us regularly, both by telephone and email. We have no hesitation in recommending Ocean World. We will continue to use them for our future cruises. I have recently returned from a cruise with P&O around the Baltic Sea and Countries. It was a marvellous cruise and I would certainly recommend it, but what a pleasure it was to book it with such a caring and professional company as Ocean World Travel. I had a phone call wishing us a wonderful holiday the day before departure and was very pleasantly surprised on reaching our cabin to find a bottle of wine and a bag of sweets awaiting us.
