Worked quickly & effortlessly to fix my initial PC issue whilst also making improvements to it's overall running along with the way, sorted some major issues I didn't even know were there but without pressure to continue. Clear telephone & online communication - would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends/family/other business's who are in a fix.

I had a start-up error with my laptop that could not be resolved via Dell's helpline without all files being wiped. I took it into Dave at Online PC Support, without notice, who managed to recover all the files and restore the laptop by the following day so that it now seems to be working perfectly. Would thoroughly recommend. Dave & Alex were really helpful and resolved the issue really quickly. After my phone call Alex came out to see me within 30 minutes. Problem now fully resolved and back to business as usual. Would definately use again if I needed to and its good to know there is somewhere locally that can help at a moments notice.

I had issues following windows 10 download and pc not loading. Microsoft support were appalling and the interface to resolve issue was strained due to language and knowledge. I dropped pc into Online without notice but no issue. Next day informed of problem and options; went for new ssd hard drive and once received from supplier fitted same day and download of all information proved successful. Came in with price agreed. Since then the graphics card which was identified as failing; i sourced and replaced but drivers not finding hardware took into Online and this issue resolved within the day at agreed price . Great friendly service, competitive pricing, and above all successful resolution to issues. Now have Windows 10 performing beautifully, and all info safely on SSD hard drive with quality graphics display. Recommend.
