PM8472688 DX Freight Next Day Horrible experience! AVOID at all costs! I have sent an expensive item (480) that I insured for the whole amount, through them and not only that it took longer to arrive, but the product arrived damaged, upside down and part of the box was missing. The item was very well packed and secured, also the driver that collected confirmed that the box was adequately sealed and secured. After I found out that the product arrived damaged I opened a claim that is now taking longer than 2 weeks to get sorted. The first time they decided to refund only 250 of the total 480 punds that I insured and after they took responsibility for the fact that the product arrived damaged, I replied and tried to explain that I need the whole amount to be refunded they said that is my fault and that the package was not well packed and they say my claim is rejected. I will proceed and go to the small claims court and hopefully I will get my money back and also the delivery fee, because obviously the delivery was a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

I used their services and my parcel contained a Christmas gifts (clothes, shoes, electric tooth brush and a small bag of toiletries). It was decided that my parcel contained prohibited items and I was provided with three options only 1- collect from Southampton (300 miles away and during a lockdown) 2- pay 15.59 to have my parcel returned (I have already paid 62.47 to parcel monkey). 3- pay 5 plus admin fees to have it destroyed. I tried to communicate with customer services to resolve the issue but no phone number available to speak to someone, only via online texting. The person I spoke to online kept saying refer to the email we sent you and when I stated that the email does not allow me to reply she stated that I have to follow the instructions on that email which are the three options I mentioned earlier. Very very poor service and will never use again and will not recommend them to anyone to use due to the bad customer service.

Absolutely shocking service. Followed all of the rules and then told that something in the parcel is prohibited. No details of what that item was. No customer service number to call and when I spoke to the person on the chat they couldn't tell me either. so now the money is wasted and I have had to pay extra to send the item back to a family member. Do not use this company!
